At Kākahu Manaaki, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Consumer Guarantees Act
Our products are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or does not meet your rights under New Zealand consumer law, we will provide an appropriate remedy which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
Faulty Products
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible at:

• Clear photographs where applicable
If the fault is confirmed, Kākahu Manaaki will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover the return shipping costs.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
Size Exchanges
If you have ordered the wrong size, we may offer an exchange subject to stock availability.
To be eligible for a size exchange:
• The item must be unworn
• The item must be unwashed
• All tags must remain attached
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• The exchange request must be made within 14 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with size exchanges.
Replacement shipping costs may also apply.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
• Items showing signs of wear
• Washed items
• Damaged items caused by misuse
• Items returned without original packaging where applicable
