AMBRIANA is a New Zealand clothing brand operated by Kākahu Manaaki, offering practical apparel designed around warmth, comfort, protection and rest.

Products
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, colours and sizing information are accurate.
Due to differences in screens and devices, actual colours may vary slightly from those displayed online.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Kākahu Manaaki reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through:

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully received and processed.
Shipping
We currently ship within New Zealand only.
Shipping rates:
Standard New Zealand delivery: $30.00
Rural New Zealand delivery: $45.00
Estimated delivery timeframe:
3–5 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances outside our control.
Pre-Orders
AMBRIANA products may be offered for pre-order before they are ready for delivery.
When placing a pre-order, the estimated delivery timeframe will be provided on the relevant product page. Current pre-orders have an estimated production and delivery timeframe of approximately 8–10 weeks.
These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by manufacturing, material supply, shipping or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the product may not be immediately available for dispatch.
If there is a significant delay to your pre-order, we will communicate the updated expected timeframe.
Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other applicable New Zealand law are not affected by these pre-order terms.
Order Acceptance
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order.
Kākahu Manaaki reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including where products are unavailable or a pricing or product information error has occurred.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other applicable New Zealand law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, branding and product information, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Intellectual property rights may be owned by Kākahu Manaaki, the creator, or other rights holders, as applicable.
AMBRIANA product design and associated registered design rights are owned by the registered proprietor. These rights may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without permission or as permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kākahu Manaaki, as the operator of AMBRIANA, is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
